Privacy & Cookie Policy
How Adovo Innovations Pvt Ltd collects, uses and protects information when you use this website.
1. Overview
This policy explains how Adovo Innovations Pvt Ltd collects and uses information through this website. We use the information only to operate the site, respond to enquiries, improve performance, and understand how visitors use our content.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company name, and project details. We also collect limited technical information through analytics and security tools, such as page views, interaction events, device or browser information, approximate location, IP-derived information, and cookie or similar identifiers.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Respond to enquiries and follow up on project requests
- Operate, protect, and improve the website
- Measure page views, user flows, content engagement, and form performance
- Prevent spam and abuse through reCAPTCHA
- Maintain records needed for business, legal, or security purposes
4. Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage. Analytics events may include page views, link clicks, article interactions, searches, video engagement, form submission status, campaign attribution, and error pages. We do not send contact form values, email addresses, names, company names, project details, or reCAPTCHA tokens to analytics.
We store your analytics preference in a first-party cookie named adovo_analytics_consent. The cookie stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics and expires after one year. If you accept analytics, we also store a pseudonymous first-party identifier named adovo_ecid for up to one year and a session identifier named adovo_session_id in session storage until the browser session ends. We include these identifiers with analytics events and contact form submissions so enquiries can be connected to prior website activity and grouped by visit. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may also store UTM campaign fields in a first-party cookie named adovo_campaign_attribution for up to 90 days so visits and enquiries can be attributed to the correct campaign. If you reject analytics, we keep analytics storage denied through Google Consent Mode and remove analytics cookies and session identifiers.
5. reCAPTCHA
Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help detect spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware, software, and interaction data and send it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share limited information with service providers that help us run this website, including hosting, analytics, form processing, email, and security providers. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and maintain reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in Google Analytics and related tools.
8. Your Choices
You can accept or reject analytics through the cookie banner. You can also clear cookies in your browser to reset your choice. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us, subject to applicable law.
9. Contact Us
